Brad Trager Realtor California

Brad Trager | Military Dad | Realtor | California

Though luxury real estate professional Brad Trager was born and raised in the Midwest, he has been enjoying the beautiful California weather since he moved here in 1995. Since then, he has become an expert in all things South County and beyond — and has helped hundreds of families realize their home buying and selling dreams along the way.

Trustworthy, discreet, and seasoned in the art of helping clients experience real estate transactions of value and reward, Brad has built a strong network of industry connections over the course of his 21-year career. Not only is he passionate about real estate, but it’s also in his blood — Brad’s mother was a highly successful agent for over 35 years, and her immense knowledge was passed down to him.

Having transitioned into the field of residential real estate from a successful tenure as a sales executive, Brad is adept at negotiating the most favorable deals and remaining organized throughout the course of a transaction. Specializing in the Talega, The Reserve, and Marblehead communities of San Clemente, he is consistently ranked as one of the top producers in south Orange County. Brad’s dedication to his clientele and commitment to raising the bar when it comes to personalized service place him among the upper echelon of agents.

A former collegiate swimmer, Brad attributes his competitive edge to his days powering through the pool. He loves giving back to the community by working with active military officers. One of Brad’s top priorities is his family, and he is a proud Military Dad. He loves to spend time with his wife Thu-Thuy and their four sons, all of whom play competitive soccer at the highest level. Brad’s son Tristan played for four years at the United States Air Force Academy and was selected in the 2022 MLS Super Draft by Atlanta United FC; Carson played four years at the United States Coast Guard Academy; Kai followed his two older brothers in serving their country and playing at the United States Coast Guard Academy also; and the youngest, Koa, plays for San Diego Surf Soccer Club and is involved in Civil Air Patrol. Koa will start his Junior year at SCHS in their dual immersion Spanish program.
