Colin H. Gilbert is a highly respected lawyer. With his knowledge and experience, he brings an innovative strategy to each case.

A founding partner of DGAA, Colin has been practicing law in the Illinois court system for almost nine years. He received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005 where he was a member of several honor societies and spent a summer studying abroad at Amsterdam University. Colin spent his undergraduate years at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a semester abroad at Melbourne University.

With innovative strategies and strong analytical skills, Colin successfully argues cases across a variety of service areas including criminal defense, drivers license reinstatement, collections, real estate law and corporate law.

Colin is actively involved in the community. He is Vice President of the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Governors of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. He also serves as a Commissioner for the Village of Arlington Heights Special Events Commission. Colin was recently named on of the “Top 40 Under 40” trial lawyers in Illinois by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
