Christian moved back to Naples after spending five (5) years with the distinguished law firm Campbell & Brannon, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Christian has become a top problem solver for his Clients, Realtors, and Lenders alike. Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, he has experience advising parties regarding residential and commercial closings, contract disputes, tax implications (including FIRPTA, 1031 exchanges, and self-directed IRAs), drafting and interpreting partnership agreements and entity formations, creating loan agreements, and advising on complex title issues and fraud. Christian graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2008 and received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2011.
