Affectionately known as “Viv” or “Sarge,” not for military service, but for her disciplined hustle, bold leadership, and get-it-done mindset, Vivienne brings over 17 years of real estate expertise with a heart rooted in service.

Born in Jamaica and raised with Caribbean grit, strong family values, and faith, Vivienne made her way from New Jersey to Orlando in 1980. There, she built Speedy Cleaning Services, a thriving residential and commercial cleaning business known for excellence, reliability, and integrity. After 20 years, her clients encouraged her to follow her true calling, helping families find a home.

In 2008, Viv earned her real estate license and never looked back. She’s since helped first-time buyers, veterans, first responders, teachers, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders across Central Florida, walking them home with heart, honesty, and the fierce belief that dreams deserve a driveway.

Viv is also a proud participant in the “My Kulture is Beautiful” Campaign, using her story to inspire women, especially those from immigrant and minority backgrounds, to rise, own property, and create generational wealth.

A mentor to new agents worldwide, Vivienne shows up as more than a Realtor; she’s a teacher, a cheerleader, and a community champion. She volunteers with nonprofits like Alpha Point, New Beginnings, and Habitat for Humanity, serving meals and serving a purpose.
